Where is it. S/E doc unlock and i dont see it. Also cant see smoke barrage for mtht.

just checked on hotch-no smoking. Must be a liberal tank. damn hippies

mtht-yes smoke

it is on the top half of the doc page. tier 1. hotch gets tet like smoke. since i dont know shit about tets i just figured it would be like command smoke, or sherman smoke
