I'd suggest lowering and smoothing the mountains, at the scale they are at, it looks artificial. If you want to make cliffs, there are cliff objects under Rocks_Cliffs I think.

I concur with my esteemed colleague, Mr. AmPM about the mountain.  You probably want to make it about a third of that height and smooth it out.  Base ground is height 10, you probably never want to exceed  around 30.

Also:
  • For screenshots, turn off fog. Go to the "Atmosphere Properties" menu and uncheck "fog"
  • For the area of parked vehicles, take out the mud tracks and lay down either dirt splats (look for "sandy" under nm_road_dirt) or concrete splats.  Look at St. Hilliare
  • For wrecked vehicles, It looks strange to have many identical wrecks in a row.  I would leave only one or two (at most) of each type of vehicle.  Spread them out and point them in different directions.  I know the look you are going for, but it won't work right.
  • It looks like you used a spline for the row of craters.  Use splats instead and don't make them in  straight line.  Use about 2/3 as many craters and scatter them.  Bombs don't fall in neat straight lines.
  • I like the main road and round-about.
  • Examine the railroad splines.  Something doesn't look right with them.  Look at photos of rail yards for inspiration.  Try google image searches like this

For railroad:
- use splines for the rails
- use stone_railroad (or w/e it's called) under "stone natural" in splines for the underneath layer on the railroad.
- Raise the terrain on the railroad itself, usually the railroad is slightly higher than the ground surrounding it.
