Hey,

So i found this Axis and Allies simulator called TripleA, and ive been playing it for an hour now.

It's axis and allies on crack, with more territories same rules and the units from the delux edition. (destroyers, arty pieces, etc.)

Just download and play and we can probably get it to work over hamachi if we get enough ppl interested. I know a few of you like A&A.

Here's the link, take a look.
http://triplea.sourceforge.net/mywiki

I did try to play it online, but most of the ppl who are online think this is serious business and get all pissed off if you deviate from a standard build order. At least with you guys, this could be quite fun.

I used to play it online at
http://www.gametableonline.com/gameinfo.php?gid=24

No need to download anything, you just need to register for an online account and it runs through flash (or java whatever). It's a really good version and easy to get the hang of. Like you said though, people can get angry in public games if you don't stick to the traditional building orders (which is kinda boring) so you're best off playing with your friends.

Like, for example, if your russia, if you make anything other than 6 infantry and 4 tanks per turn, or neglect the eastern front, ppl will get pissed, then its not too much fun.

I remember that I was Germany once and I preceded to bomb the shit outta britian, cause i wanted to take it over, and my japan partner wouldnt open up a 2nd front on Russia, so it failed. They got pissed cause I wasnt following build order. Tongue

I get the feeling this would be more fun playing with you guys.

I'm a huge fan of Axis and Allies, may I ask which version is this?  The newest iteration of Axis and Allies added Italy as a new faction as well as new naval units to the mix.  I'll definitely join you guys for a game if you want.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

With Hamachi, we keep this all within our group and dont have to deal with any outside players.

Hmm, Heavy tanks, yummm  Roll Eyes

Axis & Allies is great. I spent so much time playing it as a kid I know all sorts of tricky deployments and attacks. I never got into the table top super versions like the one with france and china and germany gets 2 starting attacks. or the Designate an infantry and he's a Paratrooper or an SS grenadier. I skipped out on that one(China wanst to attack? roll a d6 to dedcide if you can!)

When I get home I will definitely give this a try.
