Standardizing naming conventions

This is mainly directed at Unkn0wn and the rest of the mapping team. It think it might be a good idea to publish some standards for how we want threads and files named. Standardized conventions would make it easier to find things and keep track of things. So here are my proposals...
Thread Naming Convention
: [Prefix] #p Mapname (e.g. "[Beta] 8p French Countryside")
Prefix denotes what the thread is about and would be...
[WIP]
- For any stage of a map before beta from initial idea to almost done.
[Beta]
- Maps in beta release, used for discussion of gameplay, replays, etc.
[Final]
- Announces definitive release of a map. Used for praise, suggestions, bugs, etc.
Other topics would obviously have regular names, but having a standard for map threads would make it really easy to know what a thread is about just from the title. As maps move through the process, I think they should make a new thread (or at least remember to rename). Also, the first post should always contain the most up-to-date version of any map.
File Naming Convenion
: #p_Map_Name_version (e.g. "4p_Crossroads_b2")
The first part is based off the relic convention. The version suffix is debatable. I think it is good so it is obvious whether you have the latest version or not, but I can also see arguments against it. But there should definitely be at least a "beta" suffix for beta maps to distinguish them from finished approved maps. Also, authors should be sure to update their scenario description with a version number every time they release a new version.
So, what do you guys think?

Same system as Relic News and it works there... I was hoping people would already do it themselves
.
I'll be sure to enforce this.

Hows about a TS format to? Enforce the
Axis | Name or Axis_Name or something.

That would be good. I like "Axis | Name" or "Axis/Allies | Name" for people with both teams. We could put that in the TS welcome message. Since we now use the slick new battle system, we only need one of the team names rather than both.

I recommend adding the thread and file naming conventions to one of the stickies.

Unkn0wn, can you add something like this to the posting guidelines?
"Authors should post their map dimensions (both playable and OOB) in the first post."

Well It's not essential, but is useful to get a sense of size and for other mappers to compare sizes without having to extract the .sga and look at the info file.
