Noob Question

Doctrines...I noticed at the top it says you can unlock 14 of them...but there are only 12..does this mean eventually you can get them all?

Tier 1 = 1 point

Tier 2 = 2 points

Tier 3 = 3 points

Tier 4 = 4 points

So if you want to get to a tier 4 that will cost you 10 points. leaving you with 4 points left to spend on other tiers.

Tier 1 = 1 point = 1

Tier 2 = 2 points = 3

Tier 3 = 3 points = 6

Tier 4 = 4 points = 10
4 points left over

you cant unlock them all.
