Help needed to Clarify what T4 Chemical fire affects

Panzer Elite - Scorched Earth - T4 Chemical Fire

- Does it affect (buff) the T3 Hummel incendiary round?

- Does it affect (buff) incendiary assault T2 unlockable?

- Does it grant an extra use of incendiary assault, or only regular incendiary grenades?

- Does it affect (buff) the T3 unlockable Opening Barrage?

Damage looks low. the lead in time looks good. Burn like 1minute, do good damage. Good wall of fire to help cut the battlefield.. maybe block LOS when looking across it?
