Day of madness

After each war we should have a day of madness where all doctrines are unlocked and all abilities can be used during the one day, that would just be epic.

and companies resources are boosted to 50k manpower, 10k munitions, and of course 10k fuel! Cheesy

and make a special unit for every faction that fires heat seeking missiles , laser cannons and planetary ion cannon offmap
