Batman wins because Batman never loses. He probably has a Krptonite batarang just in case he runs into batman, a mirror or something that can reflect his eye beams, a heated batsuit to combat his freezing breath and the ability to just be BAD, which superman seems to lack at times the wimp in red and blue underwear.

I believe that the terminator would win because he fights the same way as Rambo. Rambo just charges in with a huge machine gun and fights with a knife. Knives don't do anything verses terminators and the terminator has a bigger gun, terminator wins.
PS: I'm assuming that this is Arnold's character.
