This game really came down to the wire and ended up being really close game despite the allied level disadvantage. Game features 1 US player( infantry), 1 Brit player( commando)  and wher) players ( terror and blitz i think).

The players were MrConnery Mrcaboose vs winisez and Patton461321

Yes, it ok.

Though, I think it eclipsed by the Epic Panther that just wouldn't die.

If the American had Flamers your MG42s would burn alot faster... but, it seems nades are already good enough at decrewing them already

Yea I expected them to be tougher to nades, but they might as well die just the same anyway tbh. The armour and health does make retreating a lot easier though, so i guess it will lead to mroe vet.

Well, nades has always been the US answer to KCH, since they are unaffected by the armour. Thus, having MG crews as tough as KCH still doesn't help a lot against nades (although the extra hp should help some, I guess).

IMO nades are not cost effective.

[1] Need to get in close to use, will take losses.
[2] Enemy can just move (unless it's an MG), so it's wasted.
[3] Often squads ends up outside of cover, ends up dying faster.

It's always more effective and economical to use a mortar, sniper, tank, light vehicle or artillery piece to do the job of grenades.

Standard callin for cost effective nades for me, 1rifle with bar suppression, other with nades, sees Heroic KCH charging, hit suppression, laugh as they try to run away, toss nade, force retreat, wash rinse and repeat.

(myst thinks thereæs no maneuvering difference between a marder and a geschutz)

it was nice to see that mg42 mop up the bar squad with focus fire WHILE the mp44s were slaughtering a rifle on the side

I suspect the mp44s get a buff from focus fire too, when the ability is active?

thats quite lul

watched the replay.

my expectations when i saw ur company in that other topic were right.
you're getting flanked all the time and you cant do shit against it with the mg42s. geschutzwagens failed too, only the one at the start was doing ok, but that one was VERY luckey. it evaded about 50 piats shot at it. also its the only AT you had in your starting platoon, so as u can see the rest of ur start got owned after the geschutz died.
their mortars were also kept alive way too long. arty is your weakness but u didnt countermortar.

patton461321 was just owning the shit out of the allies with his mp40 volks and panther. u was just lolling a bit in the back.

the map might wasnt perfect for a support spam company. but you should be able to fight on any map.
u should really get those pumas. they can cover your flanks and block vehicles so your paks can kill them.
mines or volks mines would also fit perfect in this kind of company.
