oh, how cute. You had a 5.0 I live in cali, those are called roller coasters here, actually kinda fun to be in, when you get
in the 7's , those are the ones you worry about. Had a good one down in mexico back on Easter and you could feel it halfway up cali.

My first one was a 5.0 too actually i was like 7 and i was outside and the ground just started rolling, it scared me but then i wanted to do it again lol

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

A couple of weeks ago it was an Earthquake in northern Sweden, it was app. 4 on the richterscale. Sounds little, but is alot in scandinavia. Especially when it is X kilometres of granite in the ground, and the nearest end of the continental plate is under Iceland. :P

Hum I don't know if I have to say "you're lucky" or "earthquakes are madness" since there aren't any earthquake in France (or very very rarely) so I've never felt any earthquake.

I don't believe California sits on that kind of fault. I think it's a sliding fault... sooo one day, rather than sinking into the ocean, California will have moved north to sit adjacent to Canada rather than Nevada. A fate I can assure you is worse than sinking into the ocean.

*shudders* Canada...
