When I was watching other peoples vids of their games I noticed that all their units had awesome voices. My guys remain quiet throughout the whole of the game.

I've gone into settings and put the voice volume to max but still nothing happens.

Do you need to install vCOH aswell as OF to get the voices?

When I played vCOH, the P4ist would say stuff like " Get this thing mobile" as you moved round and stuff like that. Every unit would have a different set of lines, I just assumed they didn't work in EIR until I saw other peoples vids and I heard them.

I did that Leophone and it still doesnt work. I put it on max and I turned the music and sfx volume down and still nothing.

Could it be because I only have OF installed and not vCOH

Three ? Having OF + vCoH is enough.

Is it possible for exemple to play PE on EiR:R without OF ?

Do you have a bought copy of vCoH or only OF? Because if you have only one of those 2 then you won't hear the sounds of the other factions.

I have vCOH and OF both installed now and I can hear none of the voice acting. I've turned music and sfx off, put voice volume onto max and turned my volume up to full. Still nothing.

Metro, if you install any of the games you get ALL the game files, just lack of cd-key will block access to content.

And if you haven't them, then someone could just send them to you so you install them in the appropriate directory.

Not necessarily weird could just be a glitch during install, dirt/fingerprint on cd etc. that causes a bad install of a few files (aka your voices)
