Off-maps utilisation

Hello,
Since my defensive company is getting more and more experienced, I've planed to get rocket barrage. So, how do you use off-maps in-game and are they really worth it in EiRR ?
And do you often buy more uses with SP ?

I use precision strike and its aweesome since i need to pay munitions for my other t2s. this baby is free and now im lvl 9 i can get 2 of em every game.

edit: i used to buy the 2nd use over 50% of the time when i was not lvl 9 yet. once i lvld up i could buy my doctrine instantly, so no PP sink.
