I suggest that observation only kicks in when unit is not moving. just to particularity balance M10's.

(my opinion: this will annoy me and make it harder when used on m10. but i believe its an honest suggestion)

discuss.  idc either way but i thought id put this idea in the suggestion pool

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Tier 3's all need to be equally powerful.
This one also costs resources so he says its balanced

I'm confused Fail, how does this NOT take skill to use?  You have to stay at max range in order for observation to mean anything at all.  It costs munitions for a small SIGHT buff.  Not an extra repair, not extra penetration or dmg or anything, just SIGHT.  Give me a break...its a t3 unlock and you have to pay for it once you get it per tank.

I say make it cost a bit less mun but yeah make them stand still. 11+ sight is alot for a M10 >.<.

all it does is make the sight 46, one plus the m10 max range, which is what the m-18's already got, is that in anyway OP? I think it's fine as is, i dont even bother picking it as the other t3's are better.

+11 sight range(or +31.4 percent) on a purchase of 40 mun on only tanks as a T3 in the bottom unlock.

Let's take into account Defensive's T4 Omniscience, which is +40 percent sight AND detection on EVERY unit for absolutely no cost whatsoever.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure observation is quite balanced.
