last post for awhile, I promise. Could you define covering fire, and give me a hint how much more area the marder can handle now? Thanks for your work and patience, sorry to be a pain.

Covering fire is basically suppressive fire.
Marder increased arc is exactly half way between a marder's normal arc and an ATG's arc. It's a 60 degree frontal arc.

brn tests the new units...why they need to be vet3 is beyond me though.
I don;t test all new units, this one blindsided me tbh. And i played 4 matches with that unit and it earned vet 3. It's now dead. but I already have a vet 2 one. People keep stopping their infantry rush right infront of the nebel and it whores them

The new nebl is just ridiculous tbfh. It has crazy range and is strong against pretty much everything. It's ROF is very high too given the amount of damage it already does. The worst part about it though is its damage resistance. It's not like a normal support weapon where small arms and nades do damage. A direct nade did no damage at all. Even AB just scratched it...
I'm all for new units, but this one needs to seriously be rethought.
I found it to be fairly mediocre. Accuracy is bad, can't hit moving vehicles at all unless you're shooting at a churchill. I'm not sure what you are on about with the damage resistance comment. Considering it has exactly the same armor type and provides the exactly the same cover as a pak/57mm, the crew is also exactly the same as a pak crew. I think people need to stop exaggerating and actually try units out before whining they're OP. So what you're saying is, b/c my opinion is not yours, it's wrong and wildly exaggerated? Just b/c i'm not a dev doesn't mean i can't comment on what happened in a game. Here you go then http://www.filefront.com/16998271/temp.rechttp://www.filefront.com/16998295/EuropeInRuinsBattle.sgap.s. I was wondering Brn how did you already have a vet3 new nebl? No, I'm saying you are whining about something that is literally identical to 57mm and paks. You are saying the nebel crew is too tough when they are exactly the same as a pak crew. So yeah, I think you are exaggerating quite a bit. Burn has a vet 3 because he played like 3 games and got it to vet 3. The vet reqs are the same as a pak. So did you watch the replay? Nade does nothing. Quad does nothing on crew. AB barely damage it. etc

So did you watch the replay? Nade does nothing. Quad does nothing on crew. AB barely damage it. etc I did. It seems like the nade managed to catch the crew between the gun/green cover thus they suffered no damage, so green cover seems more likely the culprit than some hidden health buff. And the AB managed to destroy it (despite the 'barely damaging' it) Didn't catch the quad.

I did, nade was just bad luck, the AB ended up killing it anyways. Quad is terrible against green cover, it's kinda like using a wirble against a 57mm from the front, pretty pointless. And here is a replay between relatively even skilled players on both sides and about even company levels and vet as well. Burn uses the new pak and the nebel. http://forums.europeinruins.com/index.php?topic=15818.0

The 20mm was the original idea, but I could only find a model with no skin or animation.

Can one make a thread in the relic news forum and ask for it, or even better PM one of the top modders? PS: Could just modify the unit to shoot 20mm.

i wanted optics tbh, wtf would u buy that pak an nebel when u can just get a normal neb or normal ost? i'd rather have my vet 3 grens have a stacked 22% accuracy in green cover than some fail unit thats just gonna get strafed.

When the garand fired it's 6 rounds there is a reload time which is halfed with this T4. Cooldown is the time between shots fired.

Panzernacker support kinda sucks, it comes in pretty slow and fires 4 or 5 or so inaccuret shots. Very easy to totaly avoid it. Just move out of its way. Atleast so far thats how it looks like. Must be good for destroying engine damage tanks.
