I finally got my vet3 Mortar HT, but ingame i compared the range of it to a Mortar HT of a mate, because i felt it was the same, and from the the dotted line it still was like vet1. I also tried to attack ground etc. behind the line, in case the line isnt updated, doesnt work either.

I didnt find anything about it in the bugs forum, hope its no known bug.

Can someone confirm that the (most import) +10 range buff is not working atm? I guess its not just my MHT that broke (dont think its possible that single units get wrong buffs...).

Or is just the description in the launcher outdated?

Lets see girls corsix mod studios says..... That it recieves 4 damage modifiers and 4 range modiefiers equating 1.15 damage per damage modifier and 10 range per range modifier.......... WTF? LIES! MY MORTAR HT DOESNT HAVE 40+ RANGE!

Those bonuses might only apply when the Mortar HT is free firing. I'm not sure though.

maybe it has more range but the yellow circle that shows the range is not updated at vet 3. did u try to use attack ground outside of the circle? did the mortar HT just fired or 1st moved into range of the circle?

The 4 modifiers are applied to different hardpoints, IIRC, meaning they don't stack.

I'm pretty certain the halftrack uses different hardpoints for it's barrage modes(regular, incendiary and smoke).

It does. There's 4 hardpoints, one for auto fire, one for barrage, one for incen and one for smoke, hence the 4 different vet levels.

a hard point doesn't all have to fire at once.

like a sherman with .50 cal has 3 hardpoints, coaxial, gun and .50 cal and they can all fire at the same time but the mortar ht has 4 hardpoints and they are all available at the same time but because it's an ability, it has to be clicked to activate.

like a howitzer actually has 2 hardpoints but hardpoint 1 doesn't fire on its own.
