which one goes better with them,to have senior officer around them,or to buff them with 20% healt and everyone else?

is his 25% acc on nebels noticable?

Id imagine it is very noticeable.

2 Nebs and a senior officer sounds like a very good mixed call in.

I'm in the same postion as you (but I'm thinking about the cloakable volks more then the senior officer). I think it probably be best to go for the 20% more life so it gives obviously 20% company then everyone else. For free :3
