Infrarot-Scheinwerfer + a tech question.

So, is a unlock for infrarot really worth it? what are it's benefits. - I find it's description so easy that i had to ask here. I currently use it for my panther and wirble but i mostly see no difference.

And a NET Framework 2.5 / 3.5 for 64 Bit win7 would be nice if there is, i tried googling but find only 2.5 and some other cimmunity sites with older NET's. Tried 2.5 from windows and it said; Not supported on your 64 bit system.

It halfes penalties against cover, if you want numbers it's 50% less penalty.

Anyway, don't buy it on any of your units. If they die the entire game will crash for everyone. The ability will be reworked later.
