Blitzkreig Question

For the t4 ability "Battle Hardened" it states that all infantry get +1 nade, bundled nade, and faust use, so I was wondering if that only applied to the ones that you bought, or even if you dont buy the nade or bundled or faust you still get a use.

And the medkits on cooldown means that you can just reuse it correct? If so does anyone know the timer for the medkit cooldown then?
