I haven't actually played WoT since the patch or followed the US tanks in Russian release, but if it is what I think it is, it has no need to penetrate because it's meant to be used with HE.

Yeah it's HE only, for killing open topped vehicles and SPG's mostly. Will make more sense when all factions have full tech trees.

I had only wanted the American TD's but they are not in so I went down the medium Tree. My M7 has a top speed of 60kmph but ti takes a full 20 seconds to reach it, the acceleration is shit

Oh my god the WoT updater is killing me, a few hours ago I bought COD Black-ops. Let the updater run in the background and ran through the entire campaign of Black-ops, plus a little bit of zombie killing. Four or five hours, and the damn thing's only 70% done downloading a 660mb file.
