Absolutely. No mods preferred unless it's just community bugfixes for things like the Hamhung Supply Depot.

I'd imagine the USSR is more important than the UK or Italy or even Japan. They're pretty much the #1 contendor against the Germans, even with a player USA.

A side note, my school internet was incredibly glitchy the last time I tried to play from here. I may need to wait for a holiday to be able to play without horrendous lag. Handles most other games fine, but HoI 3 is so buggy already I guess it can't handle it :p
