It could have been a win and a vet massacre.

But someone kept dropping 57's everywhere...

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

57mms had very little to do with the outcome of the game, not the least because I only deployed 2 or 3 them, but also because in a game where the enemy ran out of AT and relied upon backcapping - it's a red herring excuse.

We had churchills and pershings at the end, and my pershing for the latter quarter of the game was free to roam about as it wanted. No, what cost us the chance to demolish their veterency and win territory control was that we weren't calling enough infantry on soon enough. Just more pershings and more churchills when they weren't needed.

The KDRs and scores indicate that somebody had more resources than the other team Tongue.

 Myst:

Actually it was two rank 9s vs a rank 9 and a rank 7. You of all people (a mathematics kind of guy) should know there are far more variables at play in determining a KDR than resources. How frequently they retreat, how much of their company is composed of small vehicles rather than infantry (a PE player perhaps?) which take more to kill and cost more resources, but still only count as 1 loss As opposed to a rifle squad which costs less and counts as 5.

It would be fallacious to conclude that more losses means more resources  Tongue. Just look at a rifle spam company, 100+ losses is easy to achieve there. Does that mean they have considerably more resources than Unknownz 46?

 You know better.  Tongue

Not the best of games imo (definitely not my best game hah), was very chaotic from my perspective at least and I didn't particularly enjoy it all too much. As a result, our victory felt a little cheesy.

We were seriously outgunned and unprepared on AT, OBM pershings really did their job and pretty much would have won them the game. Put it whatever way you like but without my T4s (Not keeping into account that the Luftwaffe T4s are absolutely horrendous) I was at a significant enough disadvantage.

But heh, maybe it's more enjoyable to watch than it was to play :p

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Fission Mailed. Wind writes essays in all his posts anyway. The real challenge is to make him post a crappy one liner or something

If you had fission, why would you mail it? Put it in a reactor and sell power. Massive profits homie.

Haha Shock is exactly right Mysth, he burned ya good. Getting me to do what I always do is easy, getting me to do something out of character would have been an accomplishment!

I accept full and utter victory, though by rights Shockcoil gets 10% of the triumph for adding the juicy observation.

I'm like Gandalf, and Smokaz is like Treebeard. He calls me "young master gandalf".
