excuse me but i just 5 minutes ago desided to buy 450 munitions in advantages but it only gave me around 150 munitions, i am mildly confused so can someone explane to me if this is a bug or something i don't know yet?

It's +150 per level. so when you buy the +450 it's 450 total
You've already purchased a level of 150 another level of 150(total 300) and then the final level is another 150(450 total)
