can't open the exe file from moddb

hey guys

after a while of not playing EIR i decided to return to the front but when i downloaded the setup file from moddb i can't open it for some weird reason please help i'm eager to play EIR again

i have a windows 7 32 bit

place in coh directory and run as administrator?

I tried looking into this for you but drew a blank. Do other install exe's work fine for you?

It's an install exe. it doesn't matter where he places it. It should run and then intro into the EiRRsetup.

First off make sure that any .exe's you have actually run. Because if all your exe's are screwed up then you need to scan your system.

I'll poke EiRRmod about this when he's online because I've got no idea what to tell you. First time of hearing about this problem

i can open all other .exe files and i have played EIR in the past so i don't see how this one just doesn't work
