well i do not know that but i can tell you that a greyhound drove past my m20 really fast and the car cant even drive up a hill without slowing Really down.

it says 20 under detect_camo /tp_global and 0 mine has 50 sight

Compared to Jeep recon vehicle, M20 has +5 cloack detection and -5 visibility range.

There are no veterancy stats for M20 atm. Could this also be fixed in patch?

Noticed the M8 Greyhound is also a bit slower than normal vCOH. Intended?

This will most likely be addressed in one of the patches after the doctrine rework yes

If this is indeed the case then it is a bug AFAIK. We'll look into it.
