when i make a doctrine it wont go to the doctrine selection screen although it says "Retrieving Doctrines...."i think its stuck there

i've been playing EIR for a long time i stopped cuz of my crappy comp
remember me "LtVon" the dude who ppl thought rage quits alot but actually gets the "Blue Screen"
i recently got a new comp
and reinstalled the whole thing
but when i make a profile it wont let me pick a doctrine, its just stuck there loading

Are you running the mod launcher as administrator? That could be the problem, I've read it a lot.
To do so, just right-click the executable and selecht "Run as Administrator".
If that doesn't work, I have no idea.

is there a possibility that the download is corrupt in any ways or is the old version of the mod file that you used maybe mixing up the new ones? |

HOLY MOLY it finally worked BUT GUESS WHAT
so i opened it and went to the doctrine selection and that thing happens where it shows the loading box but doesn't go to the doctrine selection screen
so i just leave it on because the ellipses was still moving.. then a few minutes later maybe around 15 to 30 minutes IT FINALLY GOES TO THE DSS
but now its happening again when i clicked the "Enter Battle" button
now its going "Retrieving Company...." -.- i don't wanna w8 15 to 30 minutes!
I don't get it cause my specs ARE PRETTY GOOD i6 processor man hold let me try to attach a copy of my comp specs

the retrieving company just finished loading, that probably took around 4-5 minutes but still thats still long for my new PC's kind of specs

OMG now its happening in the Doctrine Unlocks screen AGGGH  w8 now its done loading that was 7 minutes O_O (yes it took me 7 minutes to make this post) PLUS i just wanted commandoes then when it finished loading IT GAVE ME commandoes, command gliders, commando operations, and scouting vehicles O_O |

well anyways i think its a bug
because awhile ago i posted this loading problem was happening at the doctrine unlocks too
Well the "Retrieving Company..." load took longer than the doctrine selection screen, so i decided to close it and log in again.
I did so and when i went to check my doctrine unlocks, all the unlocks i picked finally ummm unlocked xD.
soo all that time i waited for the unlocks to unlock they already unlocked?? O_O i'mma try it agen
