stumpster changed his company completely, here's what happened..

its a freaking nasty bloodbath, neither of us was willing to retreat for the fact that your units are gone from the battle.................

Who's availability would be hosed from this fight!

i managed to get a lot of mine off the field.

very interesting to see how powerful assault is aswell, if he had retreated the suppressed units the ones that weren't would have died that much faster..

very VERY interesting game..

imo he could have won, 2 things, 1 not putting the first shreks in teh house, i would have lost a tank getting them killed if they were spread out.

2... luck on the 3 p4's shooting .. my tanks were all but dead and i got the last shots off ( I AM NOT NEXT GEN TANKS, remember..)

my doctrine is tier 3 for fuel, tier 4 for pop cap, tier 2 for tungston, and tier 1 for whatever artillery tree is .. i did not swap around beyond what i would have had at the end had this been the real war.

micro ftw in the end.

also if he had pinched on my right side while i was fighting that first group, i would have lost all my tanks aswell, instead of coming in peace mail.

in the end id on't think the pop cap and heavy armor start will be in your best interest for long Smiley

Must say stumpster played shitty from the start. What was the idea behind attacking your high pop force with only half his in the beginning. Also, he didn't notice the weakness in your starting platoons. Low capping power. He could have finished the game on VPs. No point in engaging tkaudi in his spawn when there's still neutral sectors on the map.

Its not possible once someone has done that.  We create and store the battle files on the server the second the battle is made.

ya he did play badly, i told him he should have brought that second force in behind me ... would have caused a lot of problems

further he should have made me move away from my spawn to fight him
then i would have had harder times getting away and bringing more in to fight instantly.

It wasn't until halfway through that Salan mentioned that Mobility had been changed to only HT's and M8's.

Guess I gotta keep up with the Doctrine thread some more.  Tongue
