Im not complaing about the damage or anything but the range.

It currently sits at 15 if im not mistaken.

PE incendiary grenade sits at either 21 or 22

Pe incendiary greande aussault sits at 25

Werchmart greande is 21

Commando greanade is 22

The RCA's greanadier greandes is 21.

So how come the really low range?

and im NOT on about stickies.

US nades do more damage than every other nade except the commando nade, which should just be a copy. (this is excluding assault abilities)

Range is low because rifles are spammable and in general, their grenade lands on target. Usually, the rule is that the longer the range is, the more they over throw it.

Actually, I have them on every single squad because they're dirt cheap... just like I have grenades on almost every rifleman squad when I play US, although not quite every squad.

I'd take a pineapple any day of the week over any Axis grenade (cost-for-effectiveness, that includes the bundle nade).

you are right, nuke greanades do alot of damage as opposed to incediary grenades.

Thing is incediary greandes got 5 more range, they can throw them and take down half of a squads with one greande on AVERAGE! of all the games ive played against them. and then continue to hose the rifles with fire. The rifles get suppresed by the greandes, slowing there movment through the fire, dealing more damage. They then have throw the greandes if there not dead by that time.

Then you have to retreat as there pretty much useless by the time, except for holding territory and back capping Cheesy

A single incendiary grenade doesn't suppress anything, and you can see it coming and move away before it even detonates. It's useful for pushing enemies out of cover, but does almost nothing in terms of actual damage.

they usually come in twos so that may be why, running away sometimes helps but they sometimes have a tendancy for over throw and land right infront of my running away units...

It's basically impossible for them to suppress you, you must be thinking of incendiary assault before it was nerfed. And I can tell you from using them on every squad that they most definitely do not take half a squad's health away on average, one alone does absolutely zero damage unless my opponent is busy elsewhere (or is in a building and refuses to leave), two with one thrown behind the other does some damage and I would expect it to given the munitions cost involved there.

Can't really diss bundlenade. I took out 18 of Dudilu's rifles with one throw. Lured them around a corner, boom. Instant barbeque.

So much dumb shit get posted here on the forum. Gren nades are cheap, to begin with a grenadier squad swallow up a rifle squad, add a good stick hit and its a 100% squad defeat for no casualties. They get bonus damage vs airborne and rangers, iirc meaning the upgrade is worth extra munitions (one way to look at it) vs elite infantry.

All the nade upgrades are great and cost-efficient, imo. This is one part of the game that's slightly random, a lot about player action and a core asset of the infantry gameplay: "I nade u.", "No, *I* NADE *U*".

I agree. It's worth noting that a Grenadier's nade will take out a higher % of a rifle's health than a nukenade will a Grenadier's health, not to mention it hits more targets because the squad is bigger. Not bad at all.
