EiR client download problem.

I have made up my mind and dicided to go back to EiR so i got to forum and Download lastest Version! But the thing is i couldn't download it although i tried many time, by many diffenrent web browsers.
So i come up here and get help.
Here is the problem:

i get to the Eir download site at filefront and click Download now, and i receive this:
