Another idea from that part of my brain that says "IF IT'S REALLY COMPLICATED TO IMPLEMENT, IT MUST BE GOOD!!" I hate it when the rest of my brain agrees, which is often.

Is it even remotely possible to implement some sort of ammunition system for your units?  It would increase the realism somewhat, as well as introduce a new tactical element to player decisions. "Do I really want to storm that strong-point with only 10% ammunition?"

Also, it would reduce the leet haxor of certain units.  For example, the Pershing, or Panther, or Tiger Ace would only be good as long as it had ammunition remaining.

That means we could also add a new unit! The Ammo Truck!

Yes, okay, it's not going to happen.  But a man can dream...  Roll Eyes

Yes that does sound familiar from somewhere... Wink

But could it be implemented to replenish the uses of abilities?

Make it so the 105's and Calliopes have to either have a constant stream of ammo comming from a truck OR that they need to be reloaded every single time.
(Eliminates the lameness of the typical calliope 'Hit-and-flee' type of "tactics")
And if you could also make it so that the calliope has to be stationary and still before he can fire.

why is it people always ONLY designate units of their advesary in their suggestions...

obviously someone is a bit jaded.  To make an argument atleast a bit more crediable, try to add your own advantages into the nerf aswell.

ie stuka and nebelwerfer..

Indeed.  The walking stuka is the bane of my existence!

I hates it! It should have a 15 minute cool down, and should only be able to move at the speed of a ranger squad!  It is so OP!  Tongue

FIX: Oops...
