First I thought it was a rechargeable ability and expect to see a button on vehicle menu but there wasnt...
at ready for supply section it asked me to take this ability which I didnt expect to see as well but I took whatever I can (max is 5 I think) and description was something like that rifleman and engineers boost acc. of nearby vehicles so my new expectation was to see button on inf menu but still there wasnt a button like that and neither there wasnt a ability button too...

It's a passive buff, there's no need for a button.
All vehicles will automatically get the buff when in close enough range of infantry units.

This bit seems odd if its a passive.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

Why don't you collect up your love beads and potpourri and find something constructive to do.

Oh right, I was thinking of the wrong ability.

Nvm, if there was no button on the UI like there is for off-maps then it's broken yeah.
It's also horribly underpowered :p

I thought Calling It In was on a per-vehicle basis. The doctrine screen selection makes absolutely no mention of free/max uses, SP costs, being off-map, or anything like that.

It's in the unlock table so technically it's supposed to be an off-map
(Or an upgrade)
