World of Tanks has taken its next step. Backwards.

The game is since today split up in two separate servers. The American server and the European server. Even the website and forums are split up.

What this means is that people who play on one server are unable to play with people on the other server. EVER. yes, once you have chosen your server you will never be able to play on the other server.

unless...

In order to join the other server later on, you will need to register another account and download the appropriate version of the game client (either US or EU according to your previous desicion).

anyway, the developers are all drunk and we wont be able to make them sober. so i suggest we all pick the same server. Probably the North American server is the best plan coz we Europeans have awesome connection to anyone.

Its like most other mmo's, pick a server and stay there, its not really backwards. And they will end up having server transfers soon enough.

Server splitting is good because it keeps europeans on dial up outta our nice NA servers
