[WM] Skirts

Skirts do not affect the following weapons.

Boys AT Rifle

Going to do a Stat breakdown here for Skirts, to give people a better idea of what they are buying for their Muni.

RR's lose 25% damage and Penetration
Zooks go from a 1.6 damage modifier to a 1.2 damage modifier and pen goes from 45% to 34%
PIATs lose damage going from 1.6 to 1.2 on the modifiers, same penetration,
AT Rifles unaffected

Panzer IV's take slightly less damage from other tanks but become easier to hit.

and RRs hit front and rear where no skirts are either. makes no sense.

Most of the time it seems that simply moving fast without stopping is a more effective defence against PIATs than anything else.

no, as stated in the other thread piats are like arty and never become homing missiles.
