Did you know that German soldiers would sometimes tape children and POWs onto the goliath to keep US soldiers occupied and screen it from small arms fire. True story. Why is this not in eir? I want to crew goliaths...

He wasnt behind enemy lines, he was couple meters in front of his own, then moved back. If you move back and then see a Goliath coming towards you with high speed on a road, not much you can do. Your own line of defense is usually a safe spot, its logical he moved back towards that direction. His retreat just got cut off. |
