i need help installing eir

i have everything download but when i launch it says cant download file list right now please try again. i have tried a lot.

Windows 7 or vista. Right click the program and hit Run as Administrator

Np, I have the same issue right now. I don;t know Windows 7 at all so it's a trial and error thing for me

start button -> control panel -> user accounts -> change user account seetings -> slide the slider all the way down -> Don't have problems like this ever again.

Restart computer>install windows xp = Don't have problems ever again.
