ok I am having problems starting

I have registered and installed launcher. When I try using launcher its saying error code 3. Do I have to have my game disc in to play? I also cant find the start icon to bypass the launcher. what am I doing wrong?

Try right clicking it and 'Run as Administrator'. That seems to solve alot of issues people are having
