We all know I am a big PE fan right?
Well guess what, here im saying that G43 is too cheap.
Before it was a little too expensive and wasn't that much of a good upgrade, and usualy one would just use it to slow inf so the Mp44 can do the cleaning work. But this is no longer the case.
The G43 spam outperforms the MP44's.
1. The G43 DPS is increased now
2. The platform for which G43's are on are now improved
I propose going from 60->65 or 60->70
Assault grens Mun price got increased just for being a better platorm,so why shouldn't G43's with their improved firing speed and platform?
Assault grens may also just be a bit too expensive now too.
I have 8 G43 upgrades on my TH and by removing the two assault grens I have I can get 4 more.
My TH is 23-13. Definitly one of the best, but quite good.
So lick my sack if you say I dun kno what im talking about.
A 5 - 10 Mun increace isnt very much, just a needed finetuning.

We don't need to change things that are fine as is, there's no issue with g43 spam, none at all. I dont see why posts go up because people lose to something

Just curious, are you taking into acct the buffs TH gives its infantry such as Supply raid or Stalingrad vets?

Anyway MATH TIME!
Roughly its only a around a 7% DPS increace with the improved cooldown, but either way its a improved platform.
Either G43 price needs to go up mun or assault grens needs to go down or combonation of both.

I'ma side with rifle on this. I have never seen an issue with G43 spam. No one has ever rofl-stomped someone by spamming G43s. Ever. Never ever. Never. Ever. Never ever. Ever.

Lol darksoldier do you even know what you are talking about ? The buff of g43 is (from patch notes) -G43 maximum cooldown decreased from 1.8 to 1.65 -G43 minimum cooldown decreased from 1.25 to 1.15 that's not even a 10% dps increase and the g43 outperform mp44 ? Mysth math pls  (we all know the result anyway) You want it to cost 70mu with 8 dps while bar at 80mu does 18 dps , double the damage of g43? The current g43 is best balanced that it ever was. Mods this is why I ask you, that the ability to make new balance threads , should be only by people who have over 1000 posts, so we don't get 'those' kind of threads. |

I agree with this too Mods, people should really learn to troll properly before they start thinking about balance. Oh man, this is so good... I don... bah, it speaks for itself! G43 is nice as it is, tbh I only use them for the slow ability (and I have a feeling other players do the same) and the awesome pew pew sound they make, otherwise i'll stick with blank infantry + inc grenades. |

Lol, apparently I've reached demigod status. I should do this whole semi-disappearance thing more often. Dark - I think you'll find that the entire purpose of a buff is to make a unit or upgrade stronger (usually) - and as far as I am aware that was the case with the G43. The intention was to make the upgrade more worthwhile - and hence, the cooldown was decreased. The G43 became better for it's cost. Since that was the intended effect - mission accomplished. No need to back-track by now nerfing the poor G43. The Assault Grenadier - however, is an entirely different story. The poor thing may indeed not be worth 120 munitions - having lost his soldier armour which reduces his ability to fight the things that he is meant to counter(even if it makes him less min-maxed when getting away from vehicles) - and a price of 105 mun would probably just make more sense. As to clearing up whether or not I've used G43 spam. Yes, I have. Works hillariously well if you give them incendiary assault as well - or even just regular incendiary nades. I also used to love luftwaffe infantry G43 spam(cloak in cover then enjoy ambush bonus  ). But I'm not the only one to have used G43 spam : Elitegren has used a version of G43 spam centered around muni HTs buffing them. I'm certain Heartmann has used Falls G43 spam at least on several occasions. Cloud liked to use G43s in conjunction with Assault grenadiers - slow then run up and kill. And I think Smokaz used G43 Storm Tactics charge-grens. |
