win 7 launcher problem

ok,so I have updated all files,and after I click launch on autoupdater it says 'EIRR client has stopped working' windows is checking for solution,but doesnt find anything...
so what is problem? I presume it has something to do with windows 7

Thats the admin thing when you have it Set on Start in admin mode.
the program then starts with admin mode.
