I think buying fausts might be causing my falls to automatically receive the incendiary building nade in addition.  Without buying it.

If you have the nade on a previously called on unit the other falls get it because its a global upgrade.

If not than truely you sir have found a bug.

If you buy it on one squad you get 1 use. So if you use that grenade on another squad then it's used up.

I thought it was two uses.

They made is like this because anti-building nade only has 1 use. killing emplacements which are becoming rarer.
