Help a scot out

Can someone upload the "EuropeInRuinsDataArt.SGA" to somewhere and provide a link please? as i cant DL it through the auto updater as im on dail-up. Needs to be up for roughly 12 hours, then ill DL it at school.

Why is there not a list of files that are updated every time if a file is fucked up you can just download it from there?
well there should be tbh for then if there is a missing map or a corrupt file you can just download from there.
