Market Garden as a theory had a major flaw; one screwup, one missed bridge, and the entire thing would collapse. Montgomery also knew that an armor division was practically on top of one of the drop zones, yet gave the get-go anyways. And we all know how many operations go perfectly; I can count exactly one Allied Operation that went completely to plan. Funnily enough, Montgomery planned it. But it wasn't Market-Garden.

Giving Berlin to the Russians...why not? Berlin was 300 miles away and the Russians were 50 miles away. Rushing Berlin would have simply caused more US/Brit casualties without any gain from it. Besides, when you consider that the Russians took around 100,000 casualties from storming Berlin, things start to make sense.

Nah, I don't get pissed off at losing; it's apart of the game. Just when it lags so bad I can't throw grenades, then I get pissed.

Thtb, stop deleting your posts when someone replies. It breaks the flow of the thread.
