Tiger panzer ace double bonus

the tiger seems to be getting the double bonus from having the generic +20% accuracy and turret movement bonus on top of whatever tank commander bonus the tiger's receiving at the time.

So a panzer ace tiger with the tiger commander toggle will get a +44% to accuracy.

Anyway, it's not supposed to get the generic tank bonus from the T3. (Hence why it says, all tanks except tiger)

hmm,explains why my tiger misses all the time,and when I look at other,they actually manage to hit things,just thought I was unlucky with it...
