12 popcap, less HP and range than a firefly for 280 FU kind of make sure you don't want to use it. I mean, an M10 is just 200 FU and 10 popcap, and will do the exact same job (except you are actually allowed to take risks with it because you won't lose the ability to buy them if you lose one). Oh, and 2 repairs on M10s, unlike M36, and M10 is faster so it can actually chase tanks down, unlike the M36. |

oh right, pop also went down from 13 to 12.
which is fine for a TD which penetrates just about everything.
maybe price could go down, but not much. still a 536 hp sherman

M10 penetrates just about everything, is same range, and is just 10 popcap, on top of being cheaper.
Oh, it's faster and less of a dickhead when you try to micro it.

Meh it's more than high enough to do what i want it to do. And I can actually flank all those tanks with M10s. Something that won't happen with the induced vet-whoring that you need to do with the M36.

It also lost nearly ALL of it's infantry capability. Becoming 2-4 times worse versus infantry (depending on infantry movement) for a 1.3 increment in dps versus tanks is NOT, on average, a buff. It is now a shitty tank that can not do it's job of hunting down enemy tanks because it's fragile and LIMITED. You can not use this tank in an aggressive manner, which is the only way it would be able to make back it's cost. |

It was never supposed to be good versus infantry. So it is neither an intended buff or a nerf, simply a bug fix.
