What folder am I suppose to copy and upload to send you my current fort?

I got a really great embark, and only the groundwork has been done. The lava defences are just filling, they are controllable, I got the bridges up and 3 z-levels of fort almost dug out. Theres iron gold and copper and all kinds of jazz.

I played dwarf fortress once.

I had a gladiator that ran across a sea of fire, gave birth to a baby, equipped the baby, and proceeded to kill a dragon with her newborn.
Also the king went insane and set fire to the whole kingdom. .......

Also they had a problem when they first implemented fingernails: It was possible to use them as a storage device, and characters would carry large quantities of water around inside their fingernails.
