because  i have new PC I decided to do some decent video in honor of the EIR R. But I need advice what programs to use. each council good

i personally use a mixture of wegame ans xfire both work fine and for free

I love wegame for in-game recording, but you need a subscription and their VIP is down, so you wont be able to do high res videos.

Try FRAPs, then find a video editing program to use and edit it all togather. I use Camtasia studios, but any should be fine.

Don't knock it til uve tried it bitchface, this isn't anything like salads version. Besides u said a semois conversion would never work, now look that's the most played map, ohgodwhy.jpg r u map lead

Get Fraps to record ingame, get full version, the free one can only record 30 sec or so and you will have 'www.fraps.com' at the top of every video you make.

After that you need to render the file, if you only want to render use Windows Live Movie Maker, its simple and fast. This program also allows you to cut vids in different pieces, put music in etc but overal its pretty basic. 

If you want to use advanced effects and put all kinds of nice pro things in your vid then get Sony Vegas, this is for the more advanced stuff. Search for tutorial on youtube if needed.
