Someone just removed skirts from it. The fuck? That's quite a lazy solution and a totally unneeded nerf aswell, it already has worse stats than a panther and it has to fight better armour ontop of that

I did that, Leo and I are trying something I guess.
No one should really have it except for me, so Im sure people wont be up in arms about it.
Might as well use the situation to collect evidence on whether a cuckoo needs skirts or not. From what Leo told me, putting skirts on the panther gives it the same armor as the jumbo.
We just buffed some of the axis weapons to be balanced against the jumbo; as a consequence, some axis weapons get better vs. the cuckoo when it has skirts, as opposed to no skirts, which you only get penalized vs. manpacked AT.
Since it is an undocumented change, if there is enough opposition to me testing this, then ill change it back.
