Bullshit. The Commado sniper is a great counter sniper and as I explained already every single PE sniper counter has short range, is a vehicle and doesn't has the element of surprise so they can be countered easily.
Commando sniper = fail counter sniper >.<

well,he costs 2 reward points,for 2 uses,considering that there is very large chance that he will die in game,unless you want to retreat him at first sight of allied sniper on field,there will be very little testing.

One thing you have to realize by common sense alone, is that reward unit testing is largely the responsibility of the balance team and the developers. Whatever opinion you choose to have on them should be inferred from your limited  use of them, and the RGD stats. Given that most people can't visualize how a unit works or get a feel from it by RGD numbers alone (are you able to run a coh engine simulation in your head?) it ends up like this:

- Your opinion counts in a friendly, minor way
- Your lucky to be able to play a lot with the reward units

Reward unit testing is for the higher ups. Feel free to comment on the old pleb units though!

Would it be better if everyone got to play with them as much as they wanted for a prolonged period? Probably, but most of us don't have much meaningful to add to any discussion about them, just look at the forums and all the skewed and extreme opinions that come up about the units and how little of it is tied to stats or replays.
