First things first, as far as I've heard, reward units are supposed to be slightly better than similarly priced normal units.
PE sniper costs the same as regular snipers, while being able to cloak only in cover. If the opponent knows that you can't move around in cloak, your reward unit is dead meat. (Sniper-priority target + Reward unit-double priority target)
I sincerely think the marksman should be either 2 men, or have heroic crits (or whatever it's called when you can't be sniped by 1 shot). The commando sniper isn't even a reward unit, and it has 2 men.. making it less griefy to lose it.
I am against the PE sniper getting moving cloak, as that's just copying other faction snipers. I believe a 2-man squad is the best solution. The next best solution is giving it heroic criticals.
As it stands now, even given his rate of fire, he is subpar compared to even normal snipers, which you can just buy back if you lose them.

The FSJ Marksman(gets it name right, the moniker of 'Sniper' is misleading) is priced Similarly to an Axis sniper simple as a means of comparison. None of the Reward units prices are set in stone and will likely fluctuate for some time. He will more then likely cost significantly less and may even see changes.
We'll probably look into buffing his stats when in Cover positions. so that he is utilized predominantly in the manner he was intended to be used.

Ok, so after using him for a bit, the biggest downfall I've found is the inability to escape. He has no cloak, he only gets medpacks with a luft T3 unlock, only has sprint (needs fire-up, tbh), and most glaringly, CANNOT GET INTO HALFTRACKS. I know he shouldn't be able to fire from inside, but he needs to be able to get in for protection!
Also, vet 2 bonus is lolz, he doesn't need accuracy. + range would be better.
Overall, I think he would be great to keep with his design as-is (no moving cloak), but he needs heroic criticals for counter-snipe veterancy protection.
