Which doctrine ability gives it? Never seen it before.

Pretty tense game on Neunen with allies giving up some map control while they get their "build going".

Double luft (Pauli/Smokaz) Vs the maphack british and infantry doctrine (KrushKillNDestroy, PonySlaystation)

Hats off to my opponents, they really give me doubt about this FSJ buffing T4. Rangers and Commandos were not afraid to get close. Secondly the air-dropped medikits are an enormous hassle to equip and I hope they get a "convenience buff". For instance - all medikit uses are gained from one "pickup" or that the medikits themself drop, instead of the extra crate you have to rummage through. It really is a big bother to get your healing. If its going to stay like this I suggest it is made a T1.
