I think mal says it best about the company who makes world of tanks. It fucking sucks ass untill they change a few things around but that would probably never happen. I'm not playing it anymore, it was a waste of time and money. If I could find the devolopers of that game I would ass rape them untill they bleed out, that's how much I hate them.

1 billion xp and $6 million or 600 gold for new cockplit glass that makes your plane go .002% faster
then after beta we will only give 2 xp and 2 gold for every kill you get.
Then you will get people like Puddin trying to defend how hard it is for small game deveolopers to make money and yet it takes 60-100$ a month to actually make the game fun after a while due to the stupid level of grind. (think about it, how much does the company make a month if they have 100 000 people playing?)
lets just look at that, its a very small company thats just laughing at how stupid those people still playing are, and at how smart they are because they are going to release a SECOND game and get a whole new bunch of idiots who think numbers and pretty details make a game to pay lots of money every month.
After you start to get disillusioned from world of warplanes, next world of navalships. Thank fucking god navy field will always be more fun.

actually i am pretty happy with life. unfortunatly i see stupid fucks who are ruining gaming, especailly world of tanks with its free to play (but not really) out look. way to many games are out there with the same COD gameplay, or trying to be the next world of warcraft. Thank god for games like rift that actually are good and give me content worth my money. and if you think im being negative because i dont like being gouged, then your a fucking retard and detriment to society. |

In WoT, if you don't have premium, there's almost no point in playing once you get to the higher tiers. You simply won't make enough credits to buy a new tank and level up. Especially since ammo and repair costs become so prohibitive. I could level all the way to a Panther II or E50 and somehow save enough credits to buy the tank... but if you die, even if your team won, you'll still lose money. Ammo for the E50's 105 costs 1250 credits per shot. Repair costs can be as high as 21-22 thousand. So... you leveled up all that way to get the tank you want... and you can't even play it because it's too expensive.
So... just don't die, right?
Wrong. WRONG.
GL with that because, as a German tank... your job is to hang back and snipe. Sitting still... the perfect target for artillery that can one shot you within the first 4 minutes of the match. Then you definitely haven't made the credits you need because you haven't had a chance to dish out enough damage to break even.
You NEED premium which means you'll HAVE to buy gold from the devs. I understand they need to make money somehow, but advertising their game as free to play is just disingenuous.
They have so many stupid things wrong with their game that it just becomes a headache. The spotting system is fail (and horrendously biased towards Russian tanks. Just look at the camo values... it's obscene how obvious their bias is in this department). Derp artillery sucks the fun out of the game if your a big slow tank (a problem exacerbated if your a German tank that's easily spotted and hasn't the speed to get away). The team damage system that lets you get away with TKing is total shit (ask leo. He's damaged and TK'd numerous team members and hasn't had anything happen to him).
Whatev. The game has too many issues that haven't been fixed to warrant me playing WoWP which will probably be the same way.

world of tanks is a shadow of a game that could actually be something sucessfull. Im mean cmon , the concept its a fucking awsome idea. But theyre going about it in horrid way.
They are trying to combine arcade and realism. Im mean it can possibly work if they woulod bother with the effort. But they are not.
They are also such scammers. They release an unfinished product than when they release patches its all like OMG MOAR CONTENT. When in reality its content we shoulda had in the release. They realased it so fast becuase the idiots that play are retarded and bought gold right away. And the more Finish they apply the more people buy.

Spent some more later cause I wanted a few of the premium tanks. Well yeah, it IS...I've played 3200ish games and I'm rather burned out atm until something new comes in, but I still log in every few days and play 10-20 matches. It's also nice to do while you're waiting for an EIR match to fill, or if you got 20 mins till work or w/e?
