Launcher Still Fails

alright got all 92 file updates and how it wont launch says EIRRClient has stopped working i try to update my DirectX program and or install it and it says " A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted. Please verify the Cryptographic Services are Enabled and the Cabinet File Certificate is valid".

Please help i just want to play ,,/,

its was my directx that done i tryed to run its setup through supreme commander and failed so went online and manualy downloaded directx for windows 7 64-bit works like a champ now just waiting for this game iv joined to fill up Wink
